Hello everyone.

My Microsoft office (word, excel and the likes) have been giving me issues for weeks..
It's not opening and it's not installing after I uninstall to put a new one.... what can be done to rectify it??

I don't even know which section to put this....

I just got a new PC with windows 10 pro. An upgrade from my old PC with windows 8.1

My problem is I keep seeing this prompt to set up OneDrive to save my files but I'm scared to do so cos i'm using a cracked version of Office 2019. I really don't want a situation where Microsoft will be able to scan and block it

My question is..

1. is OneDrive Microsoft's version of Goggle's goggle drive? Is it just a storage space in my Outlook email?
2. Will signing in to my Ms Office Word cease goggle to block it?
3. Will saving my Word Document files to one drive cause Microsoft to scan the software and block it.

Hello, my window 10 updated and install to 100% only for it to start reinstalling again but this time it got stuck at 20% and when I try to restart, it showing getting windows ready don't turn off computer, after I waited a while I had to long press shutdown button then on it back. This time around the @bolded counted to 100 then my system booted, only for me to go back to SYSTEM UPDATE and it reinstalling again and stuck at 20% .
I try restarting my system then boom!!!! back to getting windows ready don't turn off computer pls what is the next step here and if I manage to boot the system how do I make the update finish installing.
This update and installation I think it's making my system to slow. Pls any help

It didn't get stuck,it was only installing some important updates, that's why it's always advisable you connect your laptop charging when doing an update.

Btw, what's the model of your laptop? I'm afraid the update might have been corrupted after restarting it without it been completed.

Just connect your laptop charger to it,allow it to update,if it takes more than 2hrs then definitely it is corrupt.

Not really.... Just normal Microsoft word.... Or maybe because I usually sleep the laptop.. I have learnt to shut down now... But it's still the same.. is it the battery??.. although the laptop gives me a warning... Bad battery
