Just look here,Kenya has more millionaires than Morocco or Algeria.
Ghana has more millionaires than Algeria

I think Nigeria has way more start ups still than South Africa except maybe you are talking of countries with ease of having startups but even at that I doubt Nigeria is behind.
I don't like quoting Statista but even Statista puts total number of startups in Nigeria at 2020 as 3300 while South Africa was a far second at 600.
This year 2022, Nigeria still leads, Egypt is second, Kenya third and South Africa fourth.
