please how did you know the ELTP role you were selected for? Was it written on the mail when they sent you info on the training school?

I'm confused myself cause I don't know the difference but the title of the mail I've been getting is entry level retail program

It's totally unfair, how can you say people failed an interview after through the medical process?

I just received the call from the Hr telling me I didn't meet the requirements for graduate trainee and I have been drafted to retail, she asked me whether I accept or not, I accepted, she said I won't need to the panel interview, top management interview and medicals again, so it is what it is, God knows best
