"Approach anxiety" is more often than not due to issues with your confidence and self esteem. Improving on those should be your sole aim. Once you've done that, you're less likely to have this anxiety anymore.

I use situations/things around me to create conversations or even ask questions to know her thoughts. It is always not a planned conversation for me. If she doesn't respond, just ignore. You have to be bold and confident. I don't ask for name or phone number.
