bepositive11: Wait oh! Kindly point out the part of my response you don’t like because I don’t understand you at all… but hence forth, there won’t be need responding to you so please don’t ask…I explained to you and even pointed out that Canada isn’t haven so I don’t see why VO will say that but maybe you felt i was referring to you. Reason it’s good to read to understand… You didn’t refuse my application so relax neither are a VO… so don’t take their bullet. I answered you and everything you saw as being rude wasn’t for you Ma. But them, i won’t respond to you again. And stop picking on bank balance and property.. it’s not supposed to intimidate anyone.. remember you asked and I answered. Read well please and what sponsorship letter is that? Was I supposed to write a sponsorship letter when my application was self sponsored? 4 Likes |

@bepositive, Relax.. it’s early. Read my response and take the one that is for you and leave the rest. I addressed it and said why won’t i want to come back.. Was it you that said i wasn’t coming back? So chill… I dont know where all this aggression is coming from. Lmao! If you didn’t ask me, I won’t even have responded to others. So chill, i even went ahead to ask if you can see what i meant too but you just flipped. It’s well… and tieng my refusal to my attitude and blaming me… Wow! That is the worst thing to say to someone on this journey and i hope you don’t get refused because i won’t want you to feel same way you made me feel now and i may just have to dig out this your response on that day of your refusal. 2 Likes |

Good morning house, Please as advised by @Bobomaigida I decided to look out for colleges in Canada, then I saw Douglas College. Please does anyone have an insight about this school because application starts soon. I also saw this on the school's website but I sent a mail for confirmation, but no response yet. Please can anyone assist to confirm if PGD courses are accredited before I submit and make payment for application fee. Thank you house.

Good morning house. Please bear with me and answer my questions, thanks. Please what is the difference between Form A and wire transfer? Can I use wire transfer directly from my naira account to the designated bank in Canada? How long does Form A take recently? This girl is not serious. Are you not the one who said "Feel free to tell me the reason for my refusal… i am waiting." Are you not the one who focused on your balance and properties? "It's not supposed to intimidate anyone"? Lol. You're not serious. You can't even recognize your entitled attitude. Please go and read your reply to me again. I too will ignore your presence henceforth. Nonsense CharitoJames: 4 Likes |

Predator188: It’s better to be single than married? Or married than single? Not IRCC… If it were Nigerians now… i will say they attach everything to marriage et all… But a Country like Canada is different. I’ve not refusal based on the person is married now or unmarried. |

CharitoJames: Some times I wonder how these VOs reason. I applied for a France visa, All i said was I'm just going for sight seeing, no detailed itinerary and I got the Visa and a friend applied from Nigeria with all documents and went beyond and still got denied(money is not a problem is this case). I guess Nigeria happened to him. I'm really curious to know in ur gcms note what the VO will say cos clearly, you doing well for yourself. If money is not a problem, You can look into Portugal D Visa or buy one of these Caribbean countries' citizenship and enjoy your trip arround the world. I wish you all the best 4 Likes |

CharitoJames: I believe you know properties are not the only things they check their boxes for - on surface value. All these can be managed remotely sef. They also check if you stated how what you intend studying will be beneficial in your home country; The job prospects of your intended course in your home country. But as you rightly said, only the notes will give a clearer explanation. |

Predator188: I’ve seen a denial based on no assets… Because he used wife and kids as ties. One can never tell. VO will just work on peoples application based on his own family problems… LMAO!! If i go a second time… it’s still same things i will use plus maybe i will use my blood na and sign affidavit of return and also use the blood to notarize it. Because even my Job waiting for me when I return didnt convince them. 2 Likes |

Mr. Man. I think you all need to be cool with this fellow at this point. You all know the contents of generic refusal note and you kept pressing and disturbing her to give you what she doesn't have. You don't expect her to have her GCMS note by now. She is passing through a phase, let her be at least for now. Just as she mentioned, people get refused everyday here without coming out to say it. For letting the house know of her status alone means she gat some balls..... This is not the time to say all manners of I'll word to her because of your selfishness. Do you think everyone sleep and wake up on NL as you do. Please you all should drop this your entitlement mentality as if she owes you. Is it by force to give you the reasons of her refusal, especially when she doesn't have the real reasons. @bepositive11, are you feeling intimidated with properties? She hasn't said anything bad about you. Seems you are happy about her refusal. bepositive11: 16 Likes |

Holla @Bepositive Were you responding to the post you quoted? I am shocked at your disgust with her, because i dont see the phrase in that whole paragraph that irked you this much. She literally opened her profile, which I surmise she was keeping until her notes come out before she can make some sense out of it, but your kinda took it personally to feel she seems entitled because she presumed her application was water tights given her ecomonic situation is fairly stable. Please we should try and be open minded here and not raise dislike simply because someone in naija who allegedly is enjoying the milk & honey of the land wants to jump ship. Most times, these decisions aren't about going to look for greener pastures (money issues) out there. In my humble opinion, this your position is drawn from a place i can not mention, and not necessarily from the post you quoted. Unless there are inferences i am yet to be aware of. PS: People react to trigger situations differently so lets allow people to "feel" they way they need to and deal with it. bepositive11: 9 Likes |

Please it’s okay, I’m sure she’s waiting for her notes to divulge the original reason she was refused because the generic reason doesn’t cut it at all. Please take it easy on her she’s just trying to hold up and be strong, she waited for many months to be refused please no bashing her today. Charitojames did you apply for UG or PG or Masters? 1 Like |

Sorry to hear about your refusal. I'm treading lightly, so I'm not misunderstood. Depending on the DLI, tuition amount, perceived lifestyle (SOP), the VO may at his/her discretion, consider if available funds (Liquid) would cover the ENTIRE cost of study. Now question is, would 15m cover it? CharitoJames: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by CharitoJames(f): 10:42am On Sep 27, 2022 |
Thomsyne: If you see my SOP, you will see how i addressed all these. Being a director in my company and my course “Criminology” is to further studies on same Job i currently hold a position as the “Security Director” and will be one of the heads upon return. Everything was written and addressed with documents to back it up from the Admins office. My dear, i can only say i did my best. The only thing i didn’t do was to attach my head and DNA 5 Likes 1 Share |

She edited her response. Go and read the response I quoted. She ended telling me "Feel free to tell me the reason for my refusal… i am waiting." What was that suppose to mean? With the ending she has added, it's not as bad as it was when I read the first one. OLAMINREWA: 2 Likes |

Form A gives you the opportunity to make your payment at CBN rate while the later (wire transfer) is through black market or aboki rate. The difference is much anyways. Yes you can do wire transfer directly to the designated bank in Canada (either to the school through flywire or directly to the school if the school allows that) Form A takes averagely 4-6 weeks depending on the bank you use. I think Access bank, Heritage bank, globus bank and few others have good ratings. Please wait for additional contribution from the house Abeg441: |

With the ending she has added, it's not as bad as it was when I read the first one. She does seem to think that her properties and balance are enough to convince the VO that she will leave Canada though. It's more complicated than that. olokings: |

CharitoJames: Omo, at this point, its only God and the person that reviewed your file that knows what's up. At times, these guys make mistakes too. I remember seeing the story of a guy that was refused because the VO thought the level of education he was going for was lower than what he currently had and they were wrong. He had to get docs from he school and all that to prove. So till the notes come sha. And take that vacation, this life na one abeg. 1 Like |
