Kidnappers should get the death penalty especially if there were casualties during the course of their operation,same goes for the ones who harmed or physically tortured their victims....the ones who didn’t kill or harm their victims should get a life sentence with parole set after 65 years served!so they can go home and spend their final days.

Eitherways their lives would be over already and this would serve as a strong deterrent to potential criminals who are planning to go into the illegal and dastardly business of kidnapping.
