The uncertainty in the cost of building materials has made a lot of cost estimation difficult in the long term. But N50 - N55m is a likely total sum for a house of this size.

Do you mean the stirrup spacing, I used 300mm, slab height is planned to be 150mm thick. 2Y16 top and bottom for the beams is consistent with the building plans. Welcome.

I mean the width and height of the stairup for the beam, I know that the stirrup for the lintel beam is always 9" x 9". What i also mean by the height of the shooting of the decking board is the height of the boards (side by side held together by the kickers) that houses the decking beam

We made preparations and then started to cast the concrete slab...........

We are still waiting for the curing of this decking for a few more days, meanwhile we have started delivering 9" blocks needed to build the walls of the second floor.

We have started taking blocks up on the dried decking slab, we plan to start forming the walls if this building as from today...........
