Ircc Just served me breakfast Second time applicant July 23rd applicant Reasons am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/ section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors: • Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable. My Second application was a lot stronger than thr first. My first application was weak and I knew. Reasons for my first refusal was ; I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at thr end of your stay. All those awaiting ppr may God do it for you. I give up Let me cry In peace 3 Likes |

Abeg441: I didn’t involve myself with Form A because of their slow processing of fees payment. I sent my aunt in Netherlands the equivalent amount in Naira and she paid the school via her euro credit card and payment was successful instantly and on the 3rd day after payment I got receipt from my school. |

Good afternoon house, I have a question. June 13th application I just got my medical request. The medicals I submitted was from November last year with my first application. I couldn’t find a slot on Qlife. I will try again early tomorrow morning. I hope I get an earlier slot. I have a booking on IOM for medicals on the 19th. I don’t know if that’s enough time. I have only 30days to submit. I will appreciate any feedback. Thank you ! |

Sometimes you can't just tell on the surface what their concerns might have been until you get the notes. For all you care it could just be a silly misunderstanding on the VO's part. This Canada thing can be really humbling! eseosaaa: 1 Like |

If it's not too personal, how old are you? Or what's your age range? And did you include your own bank statements? eseosaaa: |

Use your existing IOM Oct 19th appointment mail to send a mail to iomlagosmedicalbooki@iom.int also attaching your IRCC Medical request letter to it and passionately appealing to them for an earlier date because of the short time frame you have. They give preference to people with Medical request letter. That was what i did and i was given an earlier date. Gilb231: 1 Like |

eseosaaa: Take heart Chief. If you'd want to re-apply, since you have just one refusal reason, order your GCMS notes - I'm sure the reason can be easily tackled. If you don't mind too: - does your sponsor's POF cover your the entire program duration and entire living expenses? For instance, if its a 2 year course - sponsor should have $20k CAD plus entire school fees. If its 4 year course, $40k CAD plus entire school fees. - also if sponsor is not Dad/Mum, you might want the person to send you some amount as gift deed to show committment. I mentioned the above for two common reasons - their concern might have been that the funds shown might not cover the total expense or the VO doubts the access to funds is assured, if its third-party sponsor. But truly, your notes will explain better. You might wanna go for apply for notes from CBSA instead cos I hear its faster. Wish you strength, grace and direction. |

Thomsyne: Yes , even my first application had like 140kcad balance In it after inflow and outflow but I was still denied based on assets and status, then the second application I grew the account and i was still refused |

eseosaaa: Did you order for your 1st refusal notes? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Nobody: 2:04pm On Sep 29, 2022 |
eseosaaa: Jeez!!! Sorry about this dear. Please don't cry, crying will not change the situation. Please order for your note, Paste it here when it's out and please remember to block your personal details. I am sure many experienced people here will advise accordingly. Don't give up, it's just a delay, refire. |

eseosaaa: That explains a lot. Does your sponsor have more than enough to cover your tuition fees and living expenses for the total 4 years? |
