Please, I want to say something. Please, don't attack me o. I think we are gaining little/nothing from this thread now. People will get PPR and the only thing they will write is it's PPR guys and then put the date they applied, did their biometrics, medicals, the day eligibility review started, etc. The truth is all those are useless. Totally useless, at least to me, I don't know about others. I don't care about the date you did all those, all I care about is how you do it, the documents you submitted, the steps you took when it's getting delayed, how you package your application, etc. Let's stop all this date stuff, nobody is learning anything from it. By the grace of God, when my PPR dropped, I will write everything in details including webforms I sent and what it entails. That's the only way someone with similar profile will know what exactly to do. I beg of you, let us change and start dropping something meaningful when we receive our PPR. This place is not for show off, we are here to learn. Biko, let's work on that. Thank you 34 Likes |

eseosaaa: There's more to it than financial assets. You'll have to apply for your GCMS notes. That will give you a better idea of VO's concerns. 140k CAD is more than enough. Your funds are not insufficient. |

eseosaaa: This only raises more questions. There's more to VO's concerns. As a 19 year old, parent sponsorship shouldn't be an issue at all. 1 Like |

eseosaaa: No one knows how IRCC works On a serious note, I honestly think that you should consider hiring an immigration lawyer. Your funds are more than enough so VO's concerns seem baseless. Order your GCMS notes first to know what the exact concerns are. If it truly is funds, hire an immigration lawyer and challenge them if you're dead set on going to Canada. What I'm getting is that VO is not very much interested in your application. The reasons for rejections keep changing, which shows that they haven't fully reviewed your application. An immigration lawyer will include court case references and make your application airtight. Just make sure that the immigration lawyer is very experienced if you decide to go down this route. This is just my own opinion. Listen to what others have to say, then decide for yourself. |

eseosaaa: If this is the case then the concern might be "access to funds and how sponsoring your program might benefit the business". You can submit the director documents and let the directors sign the sponsorship letter for your studies with company letterhead. In you SOP also, tie how you will give back to the business either through innovation or otherwise after your studies (if possible) Again, merely a speculation so please get your notes before you re-fire. Shalom. |
