Signal levels must be poor. Try moving the router to another location or at a higher level. Occasionally, the light turns blue-4G but switches back to white within seconds.

I suggest you install ZTE Link from Playstore and use it to track 5G signals as you move around with the router.

This is absolute bollocks! Have you seen the speeds? And when they were installing these antennas, they should run it through you because you are what?

When a 5G signal is available, a 5G enabled phone will pick the signal if the conditions of Band is met. 4G will likely never go above 200Mbits/sec anywhere in the world, and MTN 5G is known to go above 400-500Mbits which is a common speed for 5G around the world. Also, the latency is insane as I've seen 2ms.

If you do not know the technicalities that is involved in things like these, it's better you do not spread misinformation!

Recent iPhones are known to achieve far more speed than Android, even the likes of S22 ultra.

Just go on YouTube and search for speed test between iPhone 13 or 14 and 22 Ultra.

iPhone 13 and 14 would give you greater speed than even dedicated routers or MiFis if all conditions are the same.

Both of them can’t clock 3mb per sec on my best day

My highest download speed is 1.5mbps
