Good morning guys, I did my biometric yesterday at Tls using assisted service. I just realized that I didn’t upload my completed visa application form along with other documents. What can I do to rectify this please. Will it affect my application?

Hello guys,
I got a mail yesterday that my Mums passport has been sent back as we paid for express delivery. However, the tracking number on the mail is giving me an error message on the DHL site, so I cant even track the delivery. When I tried to track her application on the Tls website, it show that passport has been picked by applicant. Please is this normal and how long does it take for them to deliver the passport?

Hi guys, so I just got a refusal mail

Giselle and co , u guys are the experienced hands. Kindly put me through on next step when I want to apply again

Thanks

I see two options here:

1. Full sponsor the trip

2. Partly sponsor the trip

Wait for about six months to reapply.

Build your savings and give your brother time to build his too. Then decide which option you can afford to go with.

Will the DMV make decisions within the 15 working days stated?

To me Adminstrative review is just a way UKVI shows their power and wickedness..best thing is to avoid it if you are given a ban...

but u don enter already ...just hope for the best...some people had to wait for 3months just to get AR decision...and many months more to take their passport to the visa app center...

Have u been asked to return your passport??
And have they refunded you??

Based on my personal experience (I don't claim to be an expert):

1. All documents pertaining to my job - offer of employment letter, promotion letters, salary increase letters, staff ID, six months pay slips, letter of introduction from my office
2. Marriage certificate and data page of my husband's passport (even when we travel together, I still include these documents)
3. My children's birth certificates and data page of their international passport (even when we travel together, I still include these documents)
4. Documents to prove my children are in the UK legally
5. Documents for assets I own
6. Bank statement for six months - I always use only my GTBank account (even when I don't have a lot of money in the account)
7. Copies of all previous visas (including other Countries - not just the UK)
8. Information on previous visa refusals (my last refusal was in 2005. Although I appealed the refusal and later got the visa, I always declare it)
9. Invitation letter from family in the UK (sometimes I don't add the invitation letter if I'm visiting only my children)
10. Data page of all my previous passports - even the one I had when I was 5 years old..

I have never included any document for accomodation in the UK

I have never included flight booking

If you are self employed, the documents will be slightly different

I hope this helps

You need to file your annual returns with CAC and activate your business status; send a DM.
We have proof of past jobs and will take you through your account with CAC on a video call to act as proof that we are accredited to do such.

With the current inflation and economic situation, if the person is a first time applicant, any amount above 1.8m will be okay for self sponsored trip.

Can someone with a visit visa still allow to enter the UK after missing the date of entering she provided during the visa application process. Won’t there be so many questions at point of entering as I am worried cos she is an elderly person and it won’t be nice if the immigration oyibo subject her to answering lots of questions

YES she can enter and exist as long the visa is valid.
Few questions maybe asked, but won't be anything personal or having to do with age.

Good morning house . This Wednesday is my biometrics.
I have paid £6300 tution deposit
10million naira POF that has been in my account since July
documents I uploaded:
Waec
Tb test
Passport data page
POF
Nysc certificate
CAS document
Professional CV
Recommendation letter from work

Note :
(truth is have never worked before since finishing my nysc in. 2019,but I claimed I have been working at d company since 2019 till now ,d company is my aunty husband company and I also included them it in my CV)

I didn’t also include my transcript because i wasn’t asked to include it in my CAS and it’s kinda blurry.

I want to ask if this would fly or do I have to worry?

The CV shouldn’t be a problem. I also added some experiences I never actually had when I was applying and did not include my transcript in the visa application. Just to the uni before I got my CAS.

Just familiarize yourself with questions you might be asked during your visa interview. I was asked over 10 questions when I did mine a few years ago.

Good luck
