If you don't know, part of the state government's work is to support rural electrification like in this case. If a village is in darkness because of transformer, a responsible state government or citizen can take it up and do the needful. You have an Obi who was keeping money in banks even when the people in his hometown don't have good transformers... Is that what you're proud of? And coming here to blame someone in Abuja who doesnt even know where Agulu is located.

I can assure you that every single state government in the South East has done more for rural electrification than your region. All the power structurs in the east were either built after "donations and launchings" from the people or from interventions from the state governments.. There are no serious federal power stations functional in the South East as we speak inspite of the high volume of economic activities going on there. No serious federal government investments in power generation or distribution. The villages you are talking about already have their local electricity structures. Those structures can only function if power is delivered. Federal Government built Power stations are elsewhere! So?
