I did my bio on Aug 20, called and issue was escalated on September 12, today make it 15 working days yet I called and I'm told decision not made and they will get in touch whenever a decision is made. Worst is I have never gotten NSF mail from Ukvi. The challenge is there is even no timeline for resolution and my school enrollment will be over my next week.
I will really appreciate any advice that can help

The statement "jobless men are useless men" is true. This two jobless men affirmly demonstrate the above statement.

After much calls and mails sent to ukvi and yet my passport wasn't moved to the VAC, I went to the VAC last Friday to try my luck, I was told that my passport is not with them.
I left there with heavy heart cuz of the disappointment, on my way going back to my home state, my school mailed me that I need to defer my admission to January which means I have to request for another CAS.
But up till now, UKVI has not released my passport and I'll soon need it for documentation (though I have the scanned copy of it to apply for CAS)
What should I do?
I'm in a dilemma

Train would be the easiest since you can easily access the Birmingham International train station from the airport passenger terminal free of charge by the Air-Rail Link. But the issue is how big your bags are. It might be difficult carrying very big bags in a train.

Coach would be cheaper but then you will need to take another Taxi/bus down to Digbeth Coach Station.

Yes you can apply without them,please state them in your application where applicable and they can apply for their visa when you are ready

2. They can join you as soon as possible, you have to ensure your dependants are with you prior to the end of your studies and before you apply for your post study visa (PSW)

3. Same rules will apply for POFs,IHS, and visa fees. You will have to calculate the figure yourself when you are ready to make the application as this could will be based on when you make it

Can you raise a complaint to both UKVi and TLS

2. A response saying decision has been made

3. Email from your Uni to defer due to visa delays

If yes, you need to get this duly corrected from NYSC( also important if needed in future)

2. If No, you may wish to skip submitting this for your visa application

Not sure how you got the figure but it will be £1023*9*2 if your Uni is outside London.

If they are applying the same time with you then it will be POF for all your dependants if not then just yours

The POF can be in their father's account, I assume he is also applying as your partner dependant

Just a quick one, if I submit an application to NYSC to get it corrected(will also have to submit the old cert. in the process) but a new cert. is not printed in time for the visa application, can I still upload a copy of the old cert alongside the evidence of steps taken to have it corrected.

Or is it safe to just omit it entirely since I have a job that fill 5 years from the total study gap of about 8years.

I applied on August 18

My brp mail letter sent to my email address is an evidence that my application was successful.

Home office mailed me last on Sunday, part of what they sent is "..... Our records show that your application was completed on 15 September. I trust your Visa Application Centre has now contacted you regarding the return of your passport. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

In view of the above, your complaint has been closed."
