So tell me why Glory Ogbonna plays for the best team in Turkey and folks here have been saying she is at a lowly club. They even played in the qualifiers for the UWCL group stage. The way some were sounding they should be a relegation fighter

They finished first in their group and won the playoffs. Anyone saying they are not the best can't be serious.

The first choice wears the No1 jersey, Linda #16 was second choice throughout the qualifying games, Maybe the Coach is also trying Linda out too.. She’s a good goalkeeper

Who made Galatasaray one of the best team in Turkish Women’s League? They only have that big name that’s all…

Only Fenerbahce, Besiktas and few other’s are as strong as their male counterparts

By the way Linda is a good goalkeeper, She have the height and reflexes better than those U20 goalies… Let’s wait and see the days are close. Why do you ask if she’s the first choice goalkeeper?

Scoring wouldn't be a problem. The Asians aren't exactly the best defensively. Conceding would be the problem, the Japanese are very fast and offensively one of the best. Plus most of our players will obviously be jetlagged as many are still on their way to Japan as we speak.

Who did facilities help last season? cheesy somebody is the champion of a league and u are talking about facilities and pay. In the men's league Liverpool pay way less than Manchester United but we all see that Liverpool has been lightyears ahead in the past few years.

6th or 7th is now poor ba U didn't say Fenerbache was getting better, u said the Turkish League

Oga u should be trashing U17 teams if the league is a top league like u claim. So u stop it!! Our girls won't do no NWFL team like that I can tell u that much. And our coach even used a weaker 1st 11 to start the match. No Omilana in goal and no Edidiong Etim to start the match.

To be very honest, I was surprised our U17 beat Galatasaray women team reason why I said Flamingoes probably played the academy and not the main team.

Imagine a team of Pro who has been training in a modern facility and widely exposed losing to a team of 16-year old.

Aside the fact that Galatasaray are much more stronger and in proper shape, they have been exposed to modern tactics and technicalities.

O wrong nau grin grin

I thought Omilana was the first choice.

The reason why I asked is because of her size looking at he picture you posted. Was worried she may not be able to jump.

A lot of European leagues, especially in Eastern Europe (bother male and female) are actually shit.

If we had our acts together locally and have a good local League that also pays well like the North African Leagues, a lot of our guys won't be languishing all over Eastern Europe, just to earn peanuts and we have good enough teams to provide competition for their development here.
