Won't it also be good to hear from Buhari why ASUU has been on strike for a year? You think Buhari won't have an excuse to give
At least we saw Obi’s hand in Anambra’s health care as more people now have access to good health care
what will Buhari say he’s done for ASUU?

Obi built more roads than Ngige

Probably because Ngige spent 3yrs and Obi spent 8yrs

Below is from Peter Obis former aide

The former Special Assistant on inter-party Affairs to Chief Peter Obi, who spoke during a telephone chat with journalists in Abuja queried his former boss on the use of public funds for private functions. “Who built the first Helipad at the Government House in Anambra for his personal use?
“Peter Obi used helicopters to travel often while he was the governor, and he usually travelled alone or with one trusted aide. It was not a secret within the administrative circles in Awka. When he went to the burial of his wife’s sister, he flew in a helicopter. He took off from the Government House”, he said.

The former governor who was an Independence Day guest at a church programme, The Platform, in Lagos had told his audience how he ran Anambra state successfully and left a huge amount of money for the incumbent governor.

“Peter Obi increased the money for his private kitchen at the Government House to N2million monthly and increased the feeding for the Police officers attached to him to N7million monthly”, he alleged saying the increase was never translated to increased feeding

He alleged that his former boss lied when he said he stopped the buffet-styled dinner being served at the Government House.

“What he did was to sack all the previous cooks and butlers and employed over 30 cooks/butlers/stewards from Akwa Ibom and expanded the kitchen budget. The bills are still there. It is verifiable. The Akwa Ibom cooks and stewards were over 20; who were they cooking for? Buffet was always there.

“Peter Obi purchased a bulletproof BMW for his wife and two bulletproof land cruisers for himself. He even bought an additional one for his brother, Damian.

“He was always using private jets to travel as often as any other state governor in Nigeria. The records are there and can be made public.

“Peter Obi should be careful the way he opens his mouth because we can expose him to the public enough to put him behind bars
. Obiano does not want to probe him, so he should shut up.

Peter Obis state where he ruled for 8yrs is under curfew every Monday that Obi himself dare not flout.
You live in Lagos, Is there a day of the week that is declared work free like in Anambra?

We do not say Obi should go live in terrorist infested areas of Anambra, he should hold his rally in parts that are not terrorist infested unless you are saying the entire Anambra is terrorist infested which would be further credit to Obi

Tinubu engaged his youths who are at least 5time the youths in Anambra, Obi mismanaged his own youths and they became terrorists who are chasing him out of the state or have him hiding every Monday

I will expect Obi to be bragging about Anambra now, He probably told electorates that Anambra will be comparable to Dubai after his tenure not comparable to Somalia

I’m not from Anambra and I’m not on ground there to know what and what obtains there but someone from Anambra that lived through Obi’s time has pointed out some of the things that was recorded as done under his tenure as governor.

The fact that u will not blame Shettima for the insecurity that has ravaged the state since he was a governor up till now ( You already agreed in our previous discussions that Terrorism is a global issue and even national governments are finding it difficult to deal with ); I think it’s double standard for u to suddenly think Obi should be blamed for insecurity challenges posed by terrorist in his home state.

Na the only thing I wan clear be that. Any other thing I no dey engage you on that ( Cos I don’t even know much about his administration other than what we read in print and social media )

Examples of what Obis administration in Anambra looked like which is why he is shying away from campaigning and telling us Go and look at Anambra. Below was written in 2011 during the time of Obi as governor

=============================================================================================================

While the government of Anambra State under Mr Obi continues to celebrate non-existent “asphalted” roads, being the least indebted State, sinking of boreholes, donating computer sets to schools in the State, etc., the fact remains that Anambra remains one place where life is short and brutish!

This may well sound like a hyperbole except that Health workers in Anambra State have been on strike for about eight months now, there is no functional water scheme anywhere in the State, and most importantly, armed robbery and kidnapping has brought the commercial town of Nnewi to its knees. And without any trace of humility, without any modicum of shame and contrition, without any desire to empathize with the traumatised Ndi Anambra, the government of Anambra State rolled out the drums to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the creation of Anambra State.

Of course, the government of Mr Obi continues to regale us with tales of how the Governor went about town selling kerosene to the long-suffering indigenes of the State. I assume that it is only a people already dead to the vicious pangs of hunger and government neglect that would not retch at this apparent insult-Mr Obi and his handlers should really be ashamed. A situation whereby the government fails live up to the expectations of those that voted it into power calls for some serious sober reflection.

Anambra State under the present government is being sustained by spin of a very curious nature; our people appear to have erected a strong pillar of disdain and a nonchalant disposition as a way of tolerating government impunity. What else could make a people to keep quiet when a government supposedly elected by them fail to pay civil servants for up to eight months? What else could make a people to resort to self-help when government hospitals are shut for months because workers are on strike? How could a people of a state gloat about being happy when there is no functional water scheme in any part of that state?

Kidnappers and armed robbers having a field day when the Governor who is the Chief Security Officer of the State trousers millions of Naira monthly as “Security Vote”, this is really absurd and a horrifying situation to comprehend

I am particularly incensed by Mr Obi’s wanton display of a mind frame that fails to contend with the fact that the affairs of government would be superbly savoured when the citizenry feel the good effects of government work. Courting the services of dodgy characters and notorious charlatans to spew forth lies to gloss over government failures would never impress serious folks.

The terrorism of Boko Haram preceded Shetima and has global links to it. Boko Haram has been linked to ISIS and ISWAP

while under Peter Obi Kidnapping became a thriving business which further blossomed into what we have in Anambra now where people are kidnapped in broad daylight and killed

So much that Obi himself cannot campaign on Mondays in his home state

A quick google will show you progress made in Anambra’s health care… like I said, it’s understandable since you’ve been abroad for a long time and have limited knowledge.
I’ve stayed in Enugu, Anambra, Lagos, Oyo and stayed briefly in some other states which includes Ogun and Calabar… so I’ve seen how things work and used their systems

Are you equating kidnappings carried out by criminals under Obi’s tenure as one and same with the terrorism being witnessed in the state now ?

Tinubu’s tenure in Lagos has its security challenges too and nobody is blaming him for those now . Funsho Williams among others were murdered during his tenure as governor in Lagos and will be unfair for one to use that to rubbish whatever good things that happened under his administration in Lagos ( which is what u are clearly doing for Obi )

It’s fine for one to be biased in his arguments to defend his political leanings, but then u can’t be using one point to hype ur principal and using that same point to drag the opposition figure down ( both being in the same situation )

We already agreed terrorism is a global issue and even the national government of a country will struggle in dealing with it, so why are u dragging Obi for him not being able to combat terrorism in his state ? This agenda no stand well o

UPDATE: Kudos to LASG traffic monitoring task force . So yesterday after much calling on live radio programs and general complain from people who travel idumota axis on a daily about danfo buses who follow one-way on carter bridge from Idumota to iddo; the Lagos state task force was seen arresting motorists following one-way on charter bridge as early as 6.30-7.00 am .

At least I saw close to 9 or 10 danfo bus drivers being arrested and their buses impounded . For whatever it’s worth ( I mean the drivers may jolly well sort themselves the Nigerian way and have their buses released to them within minutes ) , we know more of such drivers will be discouraged from following one-way on the same axis going forward.

There were many governors known for their work in office, Akpabio was known and was the standard bearer even while in PDP, Many people will say, "Go to Akwa Ibom and see what Akpabio did. Same with Ngige in his short stint at Anambra he repaired many roads and that short stint is what gives him credibility in Anambra politics almost 20yrs after leaving

El Rufai has left FCT for many years yet he is still being credited for the development of modern Abuja

Same with Donald Duke and his legacy in Cross River

Obi what are his legacy projects? There is a reason governors do not want to associate with Obi or his tenure in Anambra because there is nothing to show. Obi will be in the class of Fayose, Yaya Bello, TA Orji when listing governors who had absolutely nothing to show for their tenure, The only difference is he has big English to cover up

I asked someone to show Obis achievements and he showed me this

We cannot list 10 governors all over Nigeria since 1999 and include Obi, We cannot list 3 governors and not list Tinubu

That is the difference

Dont compare Bello to Obi at least Bello completed legacy projects in 3 Reference hospitals across the 3 senatorial districts, established Confluence University of Science and Technology, constructed the only flyover in Lokoja, Muhammadu Buhari Centre, Asphalted Roads across the state and the HQ of Kogi Internal Revenue Service. These are Yahaya Bello's projects that I can mention off my head

Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Edo will be a bloodbath in Obi's favor but don't loud it
No, bloodbath - it's a complete surrender when government officials are openly rooting for Obi and when APC candidates who wanted Osinbajo are now rooting for Obi (I mentioned this even back in May.June).

Akwa Ibom, Edo, Rivers, Bayelsa and Cross River are done deals in that order. Delta would be split because of the Okowa factor.

Like I have kept reiterating from the very beginning, I'm focusing on the South South where I hail from, and for us, it's Obi or nothing.

Who are the international actors involved in IPOB issue? The fact of the matter here is Obi cannot come out in his state where he ruled on Mondays he prefers to hide

Shetimma became governor of Borno in 2011, Boko Haram was already an issue by 2008 before Shetima became governor. Even Yar Adua ordered the killing of their leader either in 2009 or 2010

most of these zombidients started following politics in 2015 when gej lost. grin

Won't it also be good to hear from Buhari why ASUU has been on strike for a year? You think Buhari won't have an excuse to give
hehehehehehehe

Defend my failure, criticize their failure.

Same brainless zombies shouting buhari failed, cursing and abusing everyone that tried to show them buhari did excellently well in some areas are the ones coming out to defend the shambolic performance of obi in anambra cos of tribal and religious sentiments.

Yet the zombidients will have the guts to call you tribalist and enemies of Nigeria.

This screenshot still gets me everytime.

Awon to RI won ti buru danu.
