Lagos has close to or more than 150,000 staffs. Which means lagos public servants can mobilize 250,000 votes or more. This was where Ambode messed up and Tinubu disembarked him.

Ambode maltreated the Lagos state Civil servants by sacking them, compulsory retirement and was also accused of revengeful acts because he was once in the lagos state public service. They said there were too many obituary in Alausa during Ambode time.

Ambode also ignored party leaders.

These two factors worked against him.

Tinubu came out and said he knew nothing about his predicament but people did not believe. Ambode didn't secure a single vote in Alausa ward during primary election.

One of the determinant of election success in Lagos is the civil servants because they are capable of pulling 100s of 1000s vote.

Increasing workers salary around election time is not bad. The question is, is salary increament necessary at this time of excruciating inflation?

Lagos has 20 million people, how many workers does LASG engage directly? Don't get your hopes up is the moral lesson

Lagos civil servants were not praising Ambode. They worked against him and made sure he never return

OP is confirming the general fear the Agbado lord is a dictator. The first paragraph lends credence to this and they want to foist this megalomaniac drug lord on us.

God forbid
