I really hope Nwakali's career will be on upward trajectory as from this season.
He might have messed up in the past but then it is part of life.
Did he really messed up.I think we need to know that these players are humans and when things don't work according to plan doesn't make them stupids.

Unable to cut it at Arsenal really affected the young man and is not always easy coming out stronger.Osimehn,Awoniyi and recently Success passed through similar route.

I just hope he got notice this season by teams in division one leagues

well you re right but I listed more deserving players doing it in top leagues in europe

Some may see it as hate but bossing the laliga 2 is not enough to deserve a call up to one of the best teams in Africa unless in a position on the pitch where the super eagles lacks better players in top European leagues
God! Dude! You have allowed Nwakali to destroy you, he now lives rent free in your head. It’s like you been baited, mere mention of his name and you are up your arsenal ready for a showdown.

For over a year now, you have been fighting anyone who put up anything positive about the lad, calling it “Cruise” you keep mentioning how long he has stayed In Europe, forgetting that everybody has a different path in life.

You need to check it bro, you are losing your mind over that boy!

I understand you sir but most coaches don't pick squad the way you posted here sir. Squad are picked based on skillset varieties in order to aid tactical flexibility during the tourney.
Take for instance your Midfield, none of them is an excellent ball carrier and there are 4 natural DMs and only Iwobi is capable of creating chances.
Even goalkeepers are sometimes picked based on their prowess. If you need to dominate, your keeper must have ball-playibg quality. If your team is facing people like Peter Crouch, you need a tall keeper. Some keepers are even picked because of their penalty prowess. Tim Krul was subbed on for Netherland in 2014 world cup for the penalty shootout despite not being a first choice.
It's not true.
Take for instance, if you had never watched Mikel Obi during is U17 & Lynn Oslo days, you would have called him a natural DM, but he was converted. Ndidi was a CB at U17 & U20 for Nigeria, he was converted to DM. Nwobodo was a CAM at U20 for Nigeria, CM/Winger at Enugu Rangers & Ujpest, but was converted to CDM in Turkey and currently playing the CDM role in MLS. All the guys in midfield are versatile. And i believe only Iwobi can't create chances.

iwobi can’t create chances but has 4 assist already in the epl? shocked

The only thing missing in iwobi’s game as a midfielder is his scoring ability and once he improves on that aspect he will be the most complete midfielder we can boast of

You did not read it very well sir. @mostob said ''only Iwobi is capable of creating chances'' and i said ''And i believe only Iwobi can't create chances''. It is different from ''iwobi can’t create chances but has 4 assist already in the epl?''

Really appreciate Frank Lampard for believing in Iwobi.I remember how he changed very average Tomori to a real CB and Tammy will never forget Lampard for giving him the platform.

You claimed I was wrong yet you still buttress my point. grin
When I mean naturally, Ndidi, Nwobodo, Onyedika and Onyeka are currently DMs notwithstanding the fact that some of them were converted. As at now, they are DMs thus having all four in a squad will be too limiting.

Mikel was converted from AM to DM but as time goes on, he lost some of his AM skillsets. An example is the Croatia match in 2018 world cup. Playing Nwobodo as an AM now will be foolish.

No one is close to dreaming of being on the level of Mbappe and Haaland. Those guys can potentially even beat Messi/Ronaldo records considering they are not even 24 yet and already on 200+ career goals.

What will you say about Kelechi Nwakali's performance in that friendly game Super Eagles had against Athletico Madrid.

This match took place over 4 years it was an inconsequential friendly match for Athletico Madrid.

That's the context.

If this match was of such great importance and quality ,then the players who participated, will have had a career boost. Will you agree❓

You would expect selection will be based on outstanding consistent exceptional performance.

That being the case Nwakali and Nwakali should have had serious progession by NOW. But Chidi Nwakali is now playing in Saudi Arabia and Kelechi Nwakali is in the doldrums of the Segundo division.

Not much more to say.

Athletico Madrid should have gone on to lose, if the match was never anything to reckon with.

Being top quality may not always translate to the zenith of endeavours. There are other requirements to it.
