Please guys, I want to ask if it won’t raise any suspicion or red flag, my mom did deed of gift(for one of her property) for since 2020, the stamping was delayed by the court of law, I had to mount pressure on the lawyer, so he got it done today, it has today’s stamp on it, cause it can’t be backdated and I want to include it in my reapplication, please hope it won’t raise any eye brow, or I shouldn’t include it.
And also my business, I just got it registered so I can add it to my application, please guys I just want to know if I’m on the right track.

I’m glad for the platform, cause I’ve learnt a lot here, please if you get your ppr, make sure you added the documents submitted, cause that really enlightening more on what I did wrong in my previous application. Thanks

Greetings everyone,
Do I have to pay all my tuition for a semester from Nigeria in order for me to be allowed entry at the airport?
I was going to pay 80% of my first semester tuition fee then complete it before deadline.

Hi again gurus

In filling my study permit form, when i get to the "cost of my studies" and "funds available for my stay" section, do I fill the tuition for the whole duration of my course, or that of one year only?

See below

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Perripilzz: 9:49pm On Oct 06, 2022
Please quys, someone like me that studied accounting, work in different sector over the years, (finance, customer care etc) and volunteered in the health sector too, now going for administrative health, please will this fly?
Frankrobbn1:

Career advancement is very critical when considering a study permit application. In a bid to show that there is progression in his career, opting for a business or finance program is a logical progressive step for him. He stands a better chance to convince the visa officer about his intent to pursue the business course since he has been running a company of his own over the years.

It will end in praise

So on point.. Heffalump, you have spoken well.

The person that even started all this rubbish of Fake PPR or no PPR is nowhere to be found again, he just came here to cause wild distraction and chaos and those that don't know anything are following him blindly..
Fine, these knowledgeable people (gurus) on this thread may be charging applicants that come to them for their Visa application, but if you carefully read their posts you will know that these people are selfless and very knowledgeable when it comes to this Canada study application, and they have never for once advertised themselves through their posts, it is their wealth of experience that attracts applicants to their DM..

Once again Frankrobbn1, Makano, Justmellow and Lekiboboe, na Men una be abeg, Our able GURUS
Heffalump:

@Justmellow, an African proverb says "if you stop and cast stone on every barking dog you'll probably not get to your destination".

Without much to say, you and so many others chaps on this forum, like Frankrobbn1, Makano, Lekiboboye, etc have touched so many lives positively that the testimonies are endless. Please ignore those detractors who don't know how it all started.

I, for one remain eternally grateful for your supports provided both in private and on this open forum. You're All Real Men!!
