We've passed the era of praying for infrastructure in Lagos. Bola Tinubu designed a long term plan to turn Lagos into the most decent city in Africa. He and successive Lagos State governments have achieved this goal to a great extent.

We're now in the epoch where we pray that children of hate, bitterness, and envy do not leave their region only to come and burn our properties in Lagos.

If only Nigeria could have a blueprint that every successive administration will be following religiously, Nigeria would have truly been the envy of other Africa countries.

Since 1999, we have been hearing this during elections. The next one they'd say is building the 4th mainland bridge in one year grin

Please God, keep them in their shithole in the east, let them not come to lagos anymore to burn our heritage. They are children of envy and hate. Keep them in their undeveloped states. Let them continue their suffering over there.

Nice one but that resources could have been applied to fixing a reasonable km of internal roads. This would further cushion the effect of the ban on okada because mini buses and taxi would be able to cover more routes and move people closer to their homes.

Getting to bus stops is not easy for a lot of lagosians and not UpTo 20% of them fly by air.

I am entitled to My opinion

You're right. But you dare not complain before the praise singers arrive here.

Lagosians are going through hell especially as regards commuting from one place to another. Internal roads are none existence. I'm about changing my shocks twice in a year for a private car I use just for me as a single guy.

From ilasa to Okota the money agboro collects in a week or two from Keke and bike is enough to fix that road.

But what do I know? Praise singers will soon point to Eko Atlantic as Lagos achievement. A place 99% of Lagosians can't afford anything there. It baffles me how that can be an achievement for a place you literally have to fight your way to enter a bus during rush hours.

#780 Billion debt and piling aside from the #40B monthly IGR.

Lagos needs at least 3 airports. There’s Stansted and London City Airport, 4 in london alone.

Has such occurrences happened before in Lagos? Why will they come to Lagos to burn down properties when their breadwinners live in Lagos?

I’m highly sure this project will be beneficial to all Nigerian tribes living in Lagos.

I can’t stop laughing when i see how these zombidiots try their best to take credit away from Tinubu all the time. Its a wasted effort and argument. Everyone can see it.

It's okay.

But why not build a large production industry that will create thousands of employment so long as there's an International airport in Lagos State?

This current political renaissance will bring good governance to the people. Peter Obi led movement is already giving results before his emergence.

We saw them remember they signed contact with siemens. They remembered people are stealing oil. They are now remembering that they need to build infrastructure.

Misplaced priorities, as usual.

This is why Nigeria has remained this way for decades. It's not like government is not doing something. They are not just doing what they should be doing at a given moment.

Second airport? Really? In a tiny state? Because you saw 3500 hectares of available land? In an overpopulated state?

What a dumbass! This country just looks like show business. No sense, just shows

No amount of internal roads would solve lagos traffic problems. What lagos needs is an internal railway system connecting all the local government. A rail like from Ikorodu to Epe to Lagos Island through the Lekki corridor to mainland to Berger.

Lekki corridor is a strip of swamp separating the lagoon from the Atlantic Ocean. I don't see how that corridor will accommodate an airport, a sea port and a refinery. It will be chaos.

They have changed from 4th mainland bridge to airport

They should focus on roads first

To many bad roads in Lagos causing unnecessary hardship

Lagos is not near any decent city in Africa bro.

And this is why yorubas should ask for regional govt so that regions can have total access to their resources, that way, u won't see the children of hate in Lagos. If they come, u can use tax and policies chase them back.

This is also why yorubas should support break up of Nigeria so that the children of hate will need visa to migrate to Lagos.

If I were to be yoruba, I woukd have been pushing for this long time ago.

We should push for separation by sacrificing our people without brain and tact right?

Dont worry for our race cos we are doing it with Asiwaju!!

Where is 3500 hectares of land along the Lekki - Epe axis? Epe proper yes, but the Lekki- Epe corridor? Definitely not.
