I've been able to avoid carbonated drinks altogether, I believe bread and other processed foods would be taking a back seat from my diet going forward.

wow it used to be my bread back days. But I think you should try other breads because we now have far better once, except it is not gibsco ph.

I have had different faves over the years from big treat to butter field,queensmeal , was once into foodco bread but not anymore,I think my fave right now is country fresh,I still buy Shoprite bread whenever I go grocery shopping I do pick it up sometimes and there is a particular brand they sell now at shoprite which comes in different flavors I do enjoy it a lot they make sardine,coconut,fruit bread and more.

As for the prices country fresh is 600 now last time I bought shoprite bread it was 600 too might be selling for 800 now bought sardine bread at Brent recently for 1k.Prices of bread have ridiculously skyrocketed of late and it’s a staple food for some of us!I hardly go a week without having bread!
