Please my Laptop suddenly developed an issue.
When I press the power button to power it, it shows lights and the fan spins for about ten to fifteen seconds, then it shuts down itself with coming on or displaying anything.

It started last week and used to power on when I continue to try it but since today, it has refused to come on.

Please what could be the problem?

Go to bios setup,click on the battery information,

You will see adapter type: 65w or 90w depending on the type of charger you're using,if you see adapter unknown, then there's a problem with your PS_ID circuit and it won't charge,it is a motherboard issue.

First of all check if your charging port is ok.

When I ran that BIOS check it shew adapter unknown. I changed the charger the it started working

Hold the edge for the screen and move it back and forth,see if you will notice any changes, it could be the flex but I'm suspecting the screen though.

left ur laptop on sleep mode for a whole week ? whist still plugged in to the charger. you get 24/7 stable electricity ?
