PLease how does this information letter work(PPR) Work? I only got one letter has the principal applicant being asked to submit the passport, passport photo's, height, eye colour of both I and my dependents. However, I went to submit at DHL today and was advised that it should be more than one letter. that there should be 4 letters(Family of 4). Was anyone issued more than one letter?

I searched nairaland and was able to put the below information together. I'll appreciate if anyone with experience can confirm if it's correct.


I'm to address the package to:
Canada Visa Application Centre
Ground Floor, The Manor
Plot 110, Admiral Ayinla Way, Lekki Phase 1
Lagos
Nigeria


Documents to be submitted as one package:

1. Two photocopies of international passport data page
2. International Passport itself
3. Passport request letter
4. Biometric confirmation slip
5. Two copies of signed vfs consent forms (I don't know where to get this yet)
6. A paper with my contact details: name, phone number, email address, home address.
7. Pay SMS fee of N990 to
Canada Logistics Collection Account
Sterling Bank Plc

Biometric was only done for the adult. But was told during submission transmission fee will have to be made for the kids

If you have received notification from the Government of Canada requesting your passport, your passport along with the request letter may be submitted through the Canada Visa Application Centre. With your passport(s), make sure you include:• The passport request letter you received from IRCC• Any applicable visa application center (VAC) fees, such as passport transmission fees, courier fees/ or self-addressed prepaid courier envelope etc.• Your contact information, including your email, phone number and prepaid envelope.The service charge mentioned for passport transmission is N9, 410 per applicant. (Please pay the same if you have not done biometrics at the same VAC or if it’s a second application) Optional Service: N990 (for SMS) and VFS courier for returning N16, 800, can be paid at any STERLING Bank counter, The Account name and number: CANADA LOGISTIC COLLECTION ACCOUNT (a/c no 0065165839), attach the proof of payment to the document sending via a registered courier company.

I dropped it with DHL on Friday. I got a notification that it is out for delivery this morning, i.e. DHL will send it to Lekki this morning. Lekki will send to Accra and then Accra to Canada.

I'm guessing I'll get an update from VFS when they start the process of sending it to Accra and then Canada

I think one should just take it to Lekki if they have the time
