NVQ (England, Wales), SVQ (Scotland) funded training/bootcamp tilts towards public funds: they would trigger NRPF). However, I'll think if the employer is registering and the employer is paying, it might not be 'public funding'; so long the employer is not #govt!!! [TheGuyFromHR to the rescue to define govt] Check the type of training and the funding. See also www.gov.uk/government/publications/qualifications-in-new-funded-offers DeeOneBangin: DeeOneBangin:

Hello House, please I'm helping a friend search for off-campus accommodation close to University of Hull. Preferably 1 bedroom, she's open to shared accommodation as well. Any leads will be appreciated. Thanks |

I'm learning that the hard way already... Just that the requirements are crazy and unattainable for a new comer. So just curious if there is anyway to cut around it even for a fee. LagosismyHome: |

Trust ma Ticha will do justice to this from down under not minding the current state of the Kiwis Quick one. From the link, it would appear this help-to-buy will be treated just like the Help to Buy ISA. There was deliberation on the ISA earlier in the year. I took the liberty to follow the (Help to Buy: Equity Loan) Property Information Form. From the one with the link (obviously there're others), there's nothing out of this world. The 2nd page requested some info that might determine 'the state' of the applicant (they are not asterisk i.e. not compulsory). However, it doesn't seems to be #STOP in respect of NRPF. Those that have gone this route, that is have attempted this scheme, can assist. Thanks. moore1: Ticha: 1 Like 1 Share

moore1: You're fine. Just try and pay back the loan within the 5 years cos the interest will be on top your mortgage payments plus loan payments. |
