Labour Party hasnt won an election before, They are quite Naive to understand how Nigerian politics really work, fielding foreign names as coordinators in core northern states is a recipe for disaster, no matter how u want to see it, there's an atom of tribalism and religious fanatism that plays a role in elections, why hasn't PDP, LP, and NNPP amalgamate to form a stronger opposition to the APC, even when this parties don't av any clear ideological differences differentiating each other 9 Likes 2 Shares |

lhordspy: The issue is, who else would Obi have appointed in Sokoto? Who will take up an ill-climbing challenge in a scorching sun? LP party members in sokoto can't be more than 100 and 95% of them are igbo traders there. Even in Lagos, they couldnt find a yoruba man or woman to serve as coordinator, let alone sokoto. Obi's ambition is DOA. 16 Likes 5 Shares |

Perhaps, they do not have people in Sokoto however, I would have thought they would work with the Nigerian Labor Congress. They can make amends. |

95% of Yorubas are completely tribalistic by nature. It's in their blood. They will always look for one thing or the other to inscribe tribalism into... Even the most educated are not left out. Spit! Truthisunique2: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Peter Obi victory will defy every known logic of winning elections in Nigeria. I laugh when people subject 2023 to conventional analysis. No candidate in Nigeria has ever enjoyed the kind of organic support PO is enjoying. The biggest voting block is the people that do not vote. They have now woken up. Your truly is on that table. 4 Likes 1 Share |

seunmsg: Lol... Expected this comment. Presidential Campaign council has nothing much to do with the campaign itself. Peter Obi campaign is decentralised. People are raising funds themselves and using it to promote Obi's candidature. Most of the members of every Presidential campaign council be it APC or PDP are there to loot campaign funds. This has always been the practice. This is the first time we're having a decentralised campaign for a presidential campaign and whether Obi wins or not he has succeeded in challenging the archaic ways established by the old guards. And any competent candidate can build on this going forward. Without Peter Obi in the raise we won't even know if we're having an election next year because there will be no engagement. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Mr Ifeanyi Ezeagu is the Sokoto State Coordinator for Labour Party, Presidential Campaign Council. When I went through the more than one thousand person campaign list of the Labour Party Presidential candidate Peter Obi, I saw Mr Ifeanyi Ezeagu as the state coordinate. I could believe that an Igbo man will head the campaign of a state that is 100% Hausa-Fulani. I brought my glasses to see if this is true and it is. My conclusion was that Peter Obi is an ordinary tribal champion with no vision for a united Nigeria. If Peter Obi do not have a single Hausa supporter in the whole of Sokoto State then he is only a pretender. The 2023 presidential election is a straight fight between @atiku of the PDP and Bola Tinubu of the ruling APC. #ElbinawiTweets 16 Likes 6 Shares |
