I don't really understand AY can you modify the post? And you got four names wrong anyways I will just answer this from the little I can make out from your question. First of all, you never know what's inside a VO mind, but if the company's name isn't his name then you should have provided documentation that he owns it maybe a signatory letter from the bank or his CAC. Anyways I hope this was explained PROPERLY in your SOP let's just hope on that for now alright?

From what I understand, either you go through people you know who are already in Canada, or you reach out to individual universities.

Some post which topics they have available and you can apply to the hosting professor.

Note that most PhD programs come with a (low) stipend: usually under $25,000 annually.
Other academic jobs exist (invigilation, actually teaching, private tutoring)
However, getting a Canadian PhD is great for any future Immigration applications or even moving to the States.

You should be able to pay via Canadian bank payment.

Usually need just your student number.

They may also accept Canadian credit and debit cards.
