My chest measure 107 because I'm a lil built and broad chested.

I had to avoid push up since list came out because push up will increase my chest muscles and directly make me weigh higher thereby increasing my BMI. Infact if i did push ups, my chest would have measure far more.

You're good to go then, definitely people with better height and weight have higher chance. Looking at the majority of the officers there you will see that they have better statue (height and may be weight)

The issue of BMI is controversial, because BMI do not put muscle weight and bone weight into consideration. That's why as long as it's not extremely high it can be ignored. Some no matter what can't weigh that very low because they're muscular. Even boxer like AJ has weight above 100 yet he's not fat but because of muscle weight and heavy bones definitely his BMI will read overweight if you calculate.

That less than chest measurements, i don't think it can hinder (just my opinion).

The 3km race:
People with one or two medical imbalance for yesterday medicals were first called in for advice. Some were pregnant, and maybe other things i don't know for others. A pregnant lady wasn't allowed to join (her pregnancy is already showing). I don't know if they allow others

You'll run round the college three times, 20min for male and 25min for female. First round they will clap for you, second round they will give you pink band and third round they will give you purple band while you race to parade ground where your arrival time will be recorded and you will be given tally.
You must complete the races within stipulated time.
Medical team will be on escort for the race with there ambulance.


Try and go early so you can do everything early so you don't get stressed out while waiting, especially first day which is credentials and medical screening. That one will almost take life out of you while standing if you don't get to do early. Yesterday i almost collapse , i wasn't able to do early, finished around past 4pm, you can imagine how long i have to stand.

Important notice: The commander clearly told us today they won't accept statement of results if it's up to 5years because statement of results could be fake. They even said those that submitted statement of results or incomplete credentials will be called on phone to send the original copy. He also note that only one person have been authorized to call you and he will not request money from anyone, only credentials, so don't fall for scammer, anyone that call to request one Kobo is a scammer.

I hope i have done justice to the explanation for those that will go tomorrow and those that'll come in future.

Modified: they will also do small march and about turn for you at the place you will do height and weight test, that is what they used to check for knocked kneels and bow legs, so if they say left, right (march) please raise your leg properly, so they can write "Nil" at your knocked kneels and bowleg report.

That race was hard o because you don't have time with you and you won't know if you're lagging behind, so the more you see more people in your front you start thinking you're out of time, so you can't relax much. That lady that says it's not hard might be flexible because some flexible ladies even finished before majority men today, those flexible girls just dey overtake manchi's .
