Or what will be Jonathan’s reason to support Atiku?

In 2014, Atiku led Tambuwal, Saraki, Amaechi and co to defect to APC and and caused PDP and Jonathan to be defeated and booted from power.

Now, since GEJ lost that election, PDP has not treated him with much respect which has seen him stay away from the activities of the party since the day he left office till date.

Again, the Southeast served as one Jonathan’s greatest backbone during his presidency and the gang up against him; they stuck out their heads for him and chose to swim or sink with him. It is one of the reasons Buhari has been punishing the Southeast for 7 years now. And you are telling me the only way for GEJ to repay this loyalty is to endorse Atiku over Peter Obi; the son of the southeast? I refuse to believe Jonathan is that ungrateful.

While I accept that Jonathan reserves the right to choose who to support, it is my thinking that Atiku and Tinubu will not feature in his choice as doing so would be a slap on the face and emotions of his supporters who have stood by him all these years when these men stood against him.

Let this sink into your brain if you want to succeed politically "No permanent friends or foes in politics".

Wike supported Tambuwa in 2018 PDP Presidential primary against Atiku, now Tambuwa turns against Wike and support Atiku and even stepped down for him.

The lesson here is : Jonathan can supports whoever he wants. No serious politicians will support Obi.

All Obasanjo candidates for Ogun gubernatorial seats always lost out since 2007 till date.
