1. Transcript, certificate and WAEC result
2. Letter of acceptance for winter 2023
3. SOP
4. First year Tuition fees receipts. It's a two year post graduate program. Cost: $18350 CAD/ YEAR
Note: I would be completing service this November

Sponsors' Documents
1. Letter of Sponsorship
2. MBS (joint account) amount to 14.2M
3. Valuation of property my parents live
4. Tenants agreements
Now my agent requested that my parents show a valuation of other properties aside the one they live in as it's more reasonable that one can sell and also a payslip which my parents cannot present as my father is a technician and my mum is a trader.

NOTE: THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY REGISTERED BUSINESS.
Please how else can I show a proof of income for my parents?

This is exactly my problem , actually I have been here for two months getting information about how things are done . Anyways we can brainstorm and come up with a solution. meanwhile I'll be doing my application myself

1. Is it better to fill general application for universities in ontario and include the school name or should i directly fill out application for the particular school
2. For test of English language, any idea on how it can be waived
3. Please any idea of schools that have high admission rate for international student.

Admission is not so difficult, just apply using the international student option for your preferred school and pay their app fee. Within 3weeks or less you will with be accepted or whitelisted depending on availability seats in the program.
To avoid being whitelisted, apply for an intake ahead not the immediate intake i.e instead of applying for winter 2023, apply for fall 2023. Hope you understand.

If I remember, you will pick a school from the list of schools on the ocas site and follow through with the application based on the various information required.

You will need to confirm the English language requirement from the schools website before you proceed to the ocas site to apply.

I'm not aware of schools with high admission rates, simply check that your preferred school is a DLI, confirm their requirements and proceed.
