IRCC expect that you demonstrate commitment.Their understanding is that the funds on FTD is not accessible.That has been addressed several times on this platform.Liquidate the funds into your savings/current account with proper narration on your bank statement.Also attach receipt of liquidation.

Again go ahead and make Tuition fees payment.

Some people have written as long as 12 pages and got denied whilst some 2 pages and were approved. Just write until you feel it's enough don't forget you're writing about your own life and experiences. xx
