Bvas has being undergoing testing and modification since the legislative February rerun elections.
So it gets stronger as various election passes by.( Using Ekiti and Osun guber as case study)
What I don't get is the issue of over voting.
I was thinking bvas would rectify that anomaly.

Bvas doesnt rectify anything,it only exposes anomaly.you can't use ekiti and Osun to judge,elections there are usually tight,competitive,free and fair.you compare with north and deep south
