Peter Obi has track record. As an economist he pointed one of the measurement of standard of living .He used Human Capital Development Index as a benchmark, which is mostly used globally. ( Health, Education and Standard of living were is major variables used in his analysis). In terms of Education and Health Anambra, Anambra got it right as at that time. While other states were deficient in these areas, Anambra state was ahead of others.
