Use "Blocksite". It's on google playstore. With the free version you can block up to 5 websites you don't wish to visit.

There are some others that I'm sure you will find if you do a simple Google search.

I think quiting masturbation is a self decision. There comes a time you got hate for it. For almost five years in my marriage, I couldn't quit masturbation but it got to a time just when I had my 3rd child I spoke to myself it's about time I end the habit and it was a genuine decision because the thought never comes to me again.
