Hello house,

What really qualifies as family ties to one’s home country as a single person without a child?

Parents and siblings. If your parents are no longer with you and you have no siblings, you can include extended family members who you are close to.

Thanks so much, I have done my research.

A)The intended program is a master's degree
duration I want: 2 years
B)Budget: 16,000 CAD

C)Considering these courses
1. Master of Health Administration (MHA) University of Ontario 16,000/2years (this fit my budget the most at the moment and i think it is a DLI)
2. Community Health Sciences Master of Science (MSc)
3. Social Work Master of Social Work (MSW)
4. Military, Security, and Strategic Studies Master of Strategic Studies (MSS)
5.Master of Science in Health Informatics (2ND preffered)

c. I have a second class lower degree from a university and two years banking experience .

Joedave25:
@ Klare,

You can start by
a) defining your goal and budget......how many years of program and funding.
b) Intended program - should align either with your first degree or working experience among other things..... career progression is key in this journey
c) Create time and go through the links on the 1st page of this thread and the previous thread
c).look for schools and their admission requirements (must be a DLI). etc

I hope this helps.

Thank you for telling us. Does our passport get stamped on the same day or do we have to come on another day to collect it?

Three days later it’s ready for pickup. You can opt for delivery or in person pick up as well.

My visa application was submitted online to IRCC on June 17 2021, did Biometrics Completed and upfront Medical Examination, one expired after a year and I did another one and is passed since august 2022. And since then I have not received any further progress on my application status and there is still no update being made. IRCC is playing with my mental health, A whole fucking 16 months is not fair at all. And the worst is that I’m a second time applicant.

Please how do you people jubilate when you get your PPR?

I am fasting, weak and dumbfounded to even shout and be happy. Brethren, Indeed God's time is the best.

It is finally here

Hello House,

Please I have a question and would appreciate any and every feedback.
Can I use a fixed deposit certification as POF when applying for my study visa? If yes, but I need to liquidate it and leave it in my account for a period of time, can I use the certificate of an Investment company I have my fixed deposit in, or must my fixed deposit certificate be from a bank?

what I noticed is that all the note I ordered nothing changed it all same info until I stopped it as at July, reason for refusal for the first application is home ties and financial stuff and I’ve tackled it in the second application that taking forever now. Stress and blood is not easy I went to Lagos for the first upfront medical and after a year in my gckey I noticed that the medical passed is not there again and I was told that the medical has expired so I was advised to do another upfront that one I did it in Abuja and I stay in ogbomoso oyo state see how far I am and all this stuff is not even encouraging, it’s SAD.
