Thank you for your help

Wapgod:

Avoid companies that are not in the Blue categories.
They are simply not investable and you will most likely lose your investment/money 99% of the time.
The two investments I made,One in a pink category company and another one in a red category company are not looking good at all.
Check NASD 2021 Annual report for information on the colour categories of the companies.
The pink and red category of companies provides little to zero useful information for investors, that is why they in the pink and red categories and not the blue category.

To get the historical daily prices for a few companies - preferably price and volume charts if available and annual reports of a company in the blue category click on the security name and you will be directed to the specific page of that security, where you will find what you are looking for.
Another way to get the annual report of a company, go to the company's website and look for the investors relations page or financials page.

On CR services Plc, there is simply no liquidity at all for shares of this company on the NASD OTC exchange.

Some times CSCS and NGX and SEC respond faster to registered stockbrokers than to individual investors. Go through your stockbroker as often as you can.

I attached the reports I downloaded from Moody's website to my initial post.
The stated reasons are on their website which is reasonable, I don't know what you mean by 'the truth'.

I meant it will be a good thing to know the true health of the banks. They cited reasons from the version that I read for the proposed downgrade but no conclusion yet.

Do you also follow the bandwagon in saying the bolded grin

God has already blessed Nigeria with so many natural resources you can ever think of, but what have we done with it rather than to steal, kill and destroy one another with it. If you evacuate all the people in Nigeria to UK/USA today and move all the people in UK/USA to Nigeria, I am very sure that in the next 5 years, Nigeria would be transformed into a paradise by the white men and our people that are in UK/USA will still be applying for visa to come back and live in Nigeria after destroying themselves in UK/USA. I just think that Nigeria got her independence prematurely from the British because an average Nigerian thinks more of himself than the country and general populace. South Africa became what they are today simply because the whites did not leave the country on time (most of the developmental infrastructure in south africa was put in place by the whites). However, it is only when we are matured in mind and vote the right candidate to rule us that the country would move forward.

So, the narratives should have been 'GOD HAVE MERCY ON NIGERIA' because we really needs God's mercy to lead us aright and guide whoever is in charge to do what is right with the abundant blessings that God has given to us. I'll stop for now.

You are absolutely correct sir

I sense that the price PZ is being manipulated. Or can anyone explain the reason the bid for 2,000 shares @ 9.20 cannot be filled by the offer of 90,000 shares @ 9.20.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by thesilentone(m): 10:38am On Oct 19, 2022
Past experience would suggest that it is a glitch in the system, not evidence of manipulation.

The top bid is 8.80, offer is 9.15. Ignore the 9.20 (2000)

No manipulation!

The seller of 90,000units is using the order type ALL OR NONE...he wants to sell all at once not in bits

Sometimes, such 90k @9.20 is imaginary, non existing there.
Could be as a result of system glitch.

Totally unrelated.

The French arm should bear the brunt since they were the ones that supplied cement to Daesh. The fine is even a slap on the wrist.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by thesilentone(m): 12:54pm On Oct 19, 2022
I agree the fine is not as significant to their global arm but it is still bad PR for their brand image.

I guess the sellers maybe the doing it for other reasons then.

Though cashcraft is dead, all the stocks both known and unknown can be recovered since they were bought on the floor of the NGX.

Call/chat me with the number on my signature to know how.

Beware of scammers. If someone is genuine in telling you how, they will tell you here. Tell your friend to find a new reliable stockbroker and migrate all shares in Cashcraft to the new Stock broking account opened. The stockbroker will send your the PR. Processes and Requirements.

Not all Direct Market Access traders have those modules activated for them, depending on the vendor though! And the agreement between the broker and the vendor
