How do you guys manage 15 losing streak?? A good strategy can have 15 losing streak. How do guys manage it. Let's talk reality. Which risk management strategy can handle 15 losing streak. |

Each traders has own skills, using the same method isn't mean will get the same result. Oil price still traded below 90 level price, when the price break middle band, posible continue drop, but the market is unique, sometimes price movement opposite with predcition. Stop loss needed.

Peterfx01: I got stopped out again then I realized that I was focusing on the small picture. And when I did zoom out I saw that those are losses I wouldn't incur if I was focused. I'd do better from next week. |

kozmicity:true market makers can't manipulate prices on the daily or weekly that's why it's important a trader adds analyzing from higher time-frames to his trading plan every week before market opens on monday trust me it'll change your approach just like when i gave the gu swing update first and it took me out i just went to the bigger timeframe and saw it makes sense 2 Likes 1 Share |

Borntosmoke: Bro, I simply don't know. Since last friday I never hit TP. It's almost 12 losses now and it took me until this morning to realise why. If I had realised why earlier, I'd have been profitable since. As long as I knew my strategy worked, I was able to keep trusting in it. If I had thought that the strategy was failing and switched it, I wouldn't have realized that I was the one applying it wrongly and that would've put me in a cycle of doom. The level of trust you have in your strategy is one of the deciding factos in how far and how quick you'll get in trading. I won't lie, the fact that the account was a 10k prop trial account helped . If na 50 usd demo, I'd have blown it. Knowing what my average RR is also gave me the confidence that when I need 3 trades to offset it. |

When the markets appear to move without taking liquidity , run and don't get involved because the market must come for that liquidity and u might be among the liquidity. Liquidity is the fuel....the market is the vehicle. This mindset has saved me from a lot of too early entries and losses. 3 Likes |
