Yes he made promises for his party, does he have the executive power to execute them. Who are the "youtes" IPOB or Biafrans? Your problem is that you don't know the difference between Buhari and Tinubu.

When he was making the promises for his party, how did he intend to ensure that the promises was fulfilled?

If he knew he doesn't have the executive power to execute the promises, why did he make them?

Everybody is not IPOB, unless you are saying its only Yorubas and Ipob that are on Nairaland.

Punch is anti Tinubu. Abimbosi.

No matter what Tinubu produces as its manifesto is meaningless to the IBOS. They have lost hope in Nigeria.

Again, it is not about producing manifesto, it is about governance. Why is there so much cry about campaign list? Is the membership of the campaign council now a cabal or mafia group within APC? Does it means the PCC membership are the owners of incoming government, therefore all juicy appointments belong to them? No wonder, being a member must be a do or die.

Raw materials or finished goods

You ingrates will just go around typing shit and creating dead ass propaganda that wont get you nowhere. When you are sleeping at night as a lazy ass youth, tinubu is busy having meetings with people on how to achieve big things. Every since the man made his intention to be a president since last year, he as been traveling across Nigeria. Name any politician that is widely mobile like tinubu. Punch the lazy media, are those the only highlight of the manifesto?

There are lot of highlights from that policy document. Some of them are:

—The policy document gives student the right to borrow from TetFund to pay school fees and they pay back in installment when employed.

— Establish new management system for federally funded primary & Secondary schools. This will be managed by boards of education and the membership will include members of the local communities who will have decision making powers. This board will oversee management of all government school within a given locality.

—Establish through new legislation a special education fund consisting of zero coupon bonds. The bonds will be sold in tranches to private investors or purchased in market clearing exercise by CBN. This will find universities while reducing the per capita tuition cost to students.

—NSCDC will now be handling VIP security and the police will focus on the usual securing of the populace.

—He will introduce Forest Security Force which will be a section that will man the forest in Nigeria to gather intelligence and act on it.

—Anti-Terrorist Battalions (ABATTS) will be created and they will be drawn from special squad with strategic and tactical abilities to go after terrorism and bandits.

—Merge housing agencies into a single vibrant one and they have three main core functionalities:
-Grant low interest rate mortgage.
-Guarantee qualified mortgages through bank.
-purchase mortgages from private banks.

—We are moving away from budget projection based on dollar value of oil revenue. The fiscal methodology will base the budgeting on projected level of government spending which optimizes growth and jobs without causing unacceptable level of inflation.

—He Introduced commodity boards for farmers which establishes minimum prices for cashew, cocoa, okra, palm, cassava, and etc. which will guarantee them that their proceeds will be fully bought. This will be done in conjunction with the private sector.

—Establish a FG funding for local government to construct storage facilities in major marketplaces of major cities/town to minimize waste and better preserve perishable food items.

—Establish special Enforcement and monitoring unit with mandate to protect the pipelines by deploying technological interventions of stationary aerial monitoring platforms. This will support the goal of increasing oil production to 2.6mmbpd by 2027.

—Create host communities Development Trust which will foster greater assistance from oil company to host communities. He will also mandate IOCs to assign a share of revenues towards knowledge sharing and tech transfers to indigenous companies.

—Decongest the Apapa Port and encourage greater use of other major seaports in the country such as Onne, Warri and Calabar. Our policies will include tax relief, credits, relaxed duties and tariffs and other financial incentives.

He didn't capture 30% of Nigeria's problem.
Infact BAT is now a vegetable,he should go and rest

If he captures all, it may mean that we are being decieved. 4 years isn't enough to fix this country, he will do what he has promised and focus on while he leave the rest for another president to fix.

I am just glad that the Youths features well in his manifesto. Other things like Power, Agriculture and poverty (which Buhari has bestowed on Nigerians) are not left behind.

The only notable omission is the roads, men this country needs better roads and roads are the foundation for development.

For the first time, were getting to see policy documents and we'll thought out feasibility studies of what Nigerias presidential candidates will do. That's the Peter obi effect. He just revolutionalized presidential elections in Nigeria.

About Tinubu's policy

I love the part about students getting access to loans and some other stuff, but we don't actually need more Schools and uni -especially since the existing ones are dormant.
We need a review of educational curriculum from creche to uni level. We need to get in touch with present realities.
We need a prodigious investment into schooling infrastructure and billions poured into reaserch grants, that way we can attract European ,American and Chinese educational elites who will help solve our local problems.

His action plan of security is worrisome and myopic. State policing is a must. No state in Nigeria today doesn't have armed vigilantes -so why the hypocrisy in legalizing them ? Setting up more Bat sqauds or whatever, loyal only to the centre will not solve our security problems, buying them all the weapons in the world will not solve it .A well equipped Afghan national army folded in days .
We don't need the NSCDC being security for VIP's ,the should be merged with the New police force.
Vip protection should be handled by private security companies , licenced by the federal government to carry arms.
That's part of state policing and will provide good paying jobs for retired forcemen -like happens in the developed worlds.

I didn't see anything on fighting corruption ? If he doesn't intend to fight corruption ,then we might as well go home.
The EFCC as a body needs financial freedom and independence to perform . It's leaders shouldn't only be from a very corrupt police force, but from people in the security field .

Encourage use of other ports is ambiguous and equivocal . It isn't a commitment .Every one in the shipping business isn't happy about how ports in Nigeria are run.Infact, our port is run by a cabal. The criminality in the port at Apapa accounts for over 20% cost accrued to imported commodities. We need deep sea ports built from Ogun -osun-Akwa ibom -cross river states , anything less is nothing . Provide security , infrastructure and remove the Fed imposed bottle necks and you will see that the onne port will boom.onne port accounts for majority of Nigerias exports in the oil and even manufacturing industry -why is it it plays no part in our import sector ?

We don't need any new host community body , fight the corruption in the NDDC, as a rule companies linked with senators or past/present high ranked govt officials shouldn't bis for contracts-infact we should adopt a similar process like the world bank in awarding contracts .

Apart from the student loans and maybe the housing part (It won't work because a very small percentage of Nigerian's can be actia termed Middle class-we need a massive investment in affordable housing for the poor ). Apart from the very few points ,all i see is creating more avenue's and agencies to loot Nigeria's dwindling fortunes.

And most importantly, executive cost has to be reduced.salaries and others payable to the senators , presidents and other political office holders have to have a relationship with our civil service payment structure. That way, when a teacher is complaining that her salary can't afford basic commodities, the man/woman who is governor will understand .That way, when I complain about the cost of diesel ,the senator representing me can relate. The present way and manner we pay them makes them live in an alternate reality to the rest of us.

We also need To have a national wage plan. Governments agencies like FIRSC,collect taxes and just leave indeginious workers to be marginalized. Nigeria doesn't even have a standard wage per hour or week etc for its citizens working in private sectors. That's why a private school will bill 76 k pee student while paying it's teachers 25-30 k. That's why a Lebanese operator will earn 200-300 k a month while his Nigerian counterpart earns 60-70 k in same company .

Lemme just stop here, honestly, most of the policy documents am seeing from LP and now APC is underwhelming and very local

Everything you mentioned is in the policy document. I just listen few of the 80 page policy document.

The restructuring you talk of is included in the policy document. Maybe you should read it first, digest it, and you can re-give your criticism.

By the way your criticism is very constructive and welcomed.
