Business Management program at

NBCC (New Brunswick Community College), at Mew Brunswick, Canada

Any advice on this school sir?

JustMellow:

Hello Sammmypoko,

The schools fall within the range of CAN$17,000 – CAN$ 18,000, or above. The tuition fees to be paid also depend on the program, which is subject to change as the quoted amount may not be accurate. The accurate figure is what reflects on the LOA and not always on their websites.

Hello SailingSeafarer

I will advise you go for a Masters program if you can, moreover there are more opportunities in Ontario compared to Atlantic Povinces....

Good day everyone.. Been following this thread for a while. I'm just so happy that I got my PPR today after initial rejection.

Second application: 28th June
Upfront medicals: 26th July
Medicals passed: 23rd Sept
Eligibility review: 28th Sept
PPR: 21st Oct.

I must add that I had to write the MP yesterday & I got a decision today. I'm not saying he played a role but who knows? Lol

Reason for initial rejection was insufficient funds & reasons given not consistent with that of a temporary stay. I got a gift deed of N10m & tried to convince the VO in my SOP why I chose the particular course of study because it wasn't related to my current practice.

In all, I give God the glory. Those of us who are still waiting will receive good news very soon. Amen.

Don't forget to pray guys.

Pls check your email.

Hello everyone

I’ve got a law degree and I got an undergraduate admission to study human nutritional science.

How best can one explain the transition in the field of study and also taking up an undergrad and not a graduate program?

@Wendyfendi,

IRCC usually frown at FTD as POF.They believe you don't have access to the funds.....not readily available.I will advise you liquidate it into your current/savings account you intend using for this application.

Remember to also attach liquidation advise/certificate of investment in your documentation and also explain in your SOP about the funds so that they won't tag it as lump sum.

For certificate of investment YES.

Wendyfedi:
Hello House,

Please someone should help me.
Can I use a fixed deposit certification as POF when applying for my study visa? If yes, but I need to liquidate it and leave it in my account for a period of time, can I use the certificate of an Investment company I have my fixed deposit in, or must my fixed deposit certificate be from a bank?

@ Wendyfendi

Sooo, I’m not trying to invalidate this submission but I had to do a minor research about this and here’s what I found.

It’s a dicey move to use FD but with proper explanation and documents to back it up, it should fly.

Ordinarily, I don’t think anyone should expect people to leave liquid funds - especially huge ones, just sitting in an account doing nothing when they can be accruing interest.

But as the OP rightly said, if you can wait for it to mature, do that before applying or simply liquidate the funds and back it up with explanation and documents. I used FD myself but I haven’t heard back. However, there’s some other liquid funds shown and tution deposit paid too soo… just take all of these and make the best decision for you.

All the best.

Good morning NL family,
I got my refused Application on Oct.14th based on" The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided
in your application"

I have a bachelor degree and I wanted to change my degree to another and I think that is the reason met.

Hope am right?

I am already processing Master in my field for winter?

Can I Re-apply this month?

Hope is it not too quick.(I was denied in October and Re-apply in October.?

Response needed urgently

It not to late to reapply, all you need to do is to respond to every reason they gave in the initial application that was refused.

ooh no... all those can be validated online i think.. none have asked me, not even educational credentials. Those are also validated as an int'l student.

I am simply trying to get my drivers' license across. I heard they intercept drivers' license coming from 9ja because our folks are reluctant to do theirs here. (d tin cost sha to do here, almost $900-1k total). Plus if you wanna jump the learners class restriction for a 1st time permit processing, you gotta show your previous license. Not to talk of plenty jobs here weh require valid license.

The package of credentials is to simply let it not look like na only license i wan send.

I am still very much looking for who wee epp a local man carry d tin ooh

Why not pursue a post-grad diploma in law or paralegal studies. If you choose to go for an undergrad.
1: it's quite expensive
2: you will need to talk more in your sop or lose.

Not earlier that one month before resumption to avoid suspicion at the POE. Take your time to prepare for your journey and keep your school updated. Congratulations and Good luck.

Good afternoon everyone. Please does anyone know if there's any available scholarship to get a bsc in software engineering at the memorial university of newfoundland and also at the university of new Brunswick. I've been trying to access their website for over three hours now and it's not opening. I don't know what is wrong
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by dracopoetic(m): 1:22pm On Oct 22, 2022
Good afternoon everyone. Apart from getting a fully funded scholarship, how can one get the funding to go to school in Canada if one can't afford the tuition fees. Also, is it possible to borrow a friend's money to inflate the value of your bank account as it would show in your bank statement and return the cash back to your friend after your bank statement has been issued without the university knowing or suspecting foul play?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by SoftdudeKay: 1:35pm On Oct 22, 2022
Good afternoon guys. Please I need urgent assistance and advice.

I applied for tourist visa in March 2020 (before the lockdown) through an agent, and there was no update on the application. So, I applied for study visa in July this year by myself. I have been waiting to get response from the IRCC and I just got a response today, saying that my previous application there was a request from me (that’s my agent) to my bank that the application fee should be refunded. Now I have to provide valid point and documents within 15 days as to why I requested for the refund and I need to pay the $185CAD. The payment isn’t the problem, but I contacted the agent and obviously, he knows about it but claimed he didn’t make the payment from his card, that someone else made the payment for him, and he’s not been able to reach the person.

This is the only thing holding my application back and if I can’t justify and clear this, it’s a 5 year ban.

Please, how do I go about this?

HELP ME GUYS!!!
