Up to 30% of German nationals of various political views oppose the country’s policy of sanctions and weapons supplies to Ukraine, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said in an interview with Welt am Sonntag newspaper.

"During my conversations with our citizens, I got the impression that between 20 and 30% of them disagreed either with the policy of sanctions or with the supplies of weapons," Scholz said. "They represented the views of all political parties."

The chancellor added, however, that Germany would carry on providing aid to Ukraine, including military assistance.

That only meant the US is in decline. Germany, Japan et al didn't invest in their military because the US guaranteed their protection. They also thrived economically as a result

Japan invested much in their military, they only had nuke defense pact with USA. their investment has been in range of $50b while Germany €20b .

who told you they are not free, Japan Mitsubishi fighter jets is in a same class of F_22. German Armoured tank is one the most rogued tank in the world.. The last America practice of shooting down ICBM from the space was done with Mitsubishi motor engine. They are only protected by nuke defense that's all.
