I went for an exam in the UK and some of the rules are, you must wear a plain cloth. Any form of inscription on it is regarded as exam malpractice. If you have tatoos on your arms, you must wear long sleeves.

I was a Lecturer in one of the Southern Universities, I have seen the worst and unbelievable academic malpractices and sex for marks. In that place it is better they close the university than wasting some students time giving them paper qualifications at the detriment of few students hardwork!

I remember gaussian elimination methods of performing different iterations, they're mostly used to write or code algorithms for computer programming.
Not to talk about Taylor's method, these are very advanced maths if you are not naturally good at math you will fail or perform abysmal.

you are absolutely correct
Sex for grade and malpractices is not even seen as a big deal any longer in our institutions
Once a lecturer is accused the HOD won’t let it get to the dean and if it gets to the dean then the dean would make sure it doesn’t get to the Admin
They bury such cases like it never happened
