I use gp4a also and mine supports video stabilization o, you can even go an extra mile with the cinematic pan mode

Still enjoying my pg4a after 4 months, the phone is all round perfect, no single bug whatsoever. Great camera

Battery optimization is great for a 3100 mAh battery, I get 8hrs sot of this boy. Enough to last me a day with 30% left before the next charge at night.

Pixel phones are the best optimized phones in the world after iphones.

You funny, Look at Samsung S22 Ultra or iPhone devices you will see the video recording is smooth compare to pixel, which Pixel are still working towards. And its not about software, it has to do with hardware

Depending on what you're looking for, if you don't mind the forehead, absence of ultra wide and end of major updates then go for 4 XL
4a 5g is currently not receiving 5g in Nigeria so that's immaterial.

they both use the same Sony 12mp camera, same gcam software runs the 2 phones. Their cameras are the same all round don't let anybody deceive you. Infact from pixel 3 up to pixel 5 all uses same hardware and software for photography.

p4a 5g is better than the p4 XL only in battery department cos it has a bigger battery than the p4 XL. 5g isn't an added advantage because the pixel 5g network isn't available in Nigeria yet.
