Egypt Air Review Good day to everyone. So this is a personal review for prospective flyers whom are confused about the best fare offers coming to the Uk although I purchased mine for 480k. Generally I will rate there service 8.5 over 10. Very cheap if you can book ahead Also no transit visa issues Yellow card or Covid 19 vaccination card is not needed but I will still advise to have them Excellent and courteous flight attendants . So from experience flying with Egypt air, the only thing I was not comfortable with was the sugary-meals( they no force me eat am o but I chop everything Infact I collected lot of extra, na my money I pay ) Secondly the hotel the airline lodged us was more than an hour or approximately one hour away from the airport( Trust Nigerians see questions upon question, where are you guys taking us to ? Why is the hotel far like this ? 80% of us was worried make I no lie ) but believe me the hotel was worth it, very nice view (Pyramid Resort hotel if am correct) Thirdly they collected our passports at Cairo airport and returned it the next day. This was an issue not until we discovered the next day , they stamped all our passport which was the reason we were able to go round the city In the name of going to an hotel. Yeah so with my Experience I will definitely recommend them In addition: We still have a long way to go in Nigeria I pray God will touch our leaders heart to do the right thing Advise: Please carry food , snacks and food again Leave that cloths or native you just bought and carry food. Infact if you can buy snacks or anything please do. Also try and buy aboniki and Robb 4 Likes |

Olasco001: Based on the reason for your refusal “sufficient proof that you have not been in a position to apply for a visa in advance “, simply means that based on what you stated as your reason for visit, that you did not choose the right time for your planned trip. According to the new Schengen visa code, you are not allowed to apply for visa more than six months before your trip and less than 15 Working days before your planned trip. For instance, if your trip was supposed to be for December 12, you don’t have to apply around May or June, neither do you have to apply anywhere after 21st of November. You have to give them 15 working days and send in your application anywhere before the 15 working days. To stay on the safer side, you can apply one month before the date of your planned trip. So check the timeframe you did your application from the date of your planned trip. Is it less than 15 working days or more than six months? As that’s the only issue you had. Other than that, you’re good. I have included an attachment to that regard. Goodluck on your next application

Olasco001: They really do not care about these countries you’ve been to as they hold no weight, but you can always state them in your application regardless. When I went for U.S visa, the consular officer was focused on me and how confidently I answered her questions. Even if you don’t have travel history you can still get visa, just make sure you get it right. Goodluck |

ibagbea: Use Wakanow, but go directly to their office to book so you’ll get every vital detail you need. They have many offices in Lagos if your in Lagos. Just type Wakanow Lagos on Google and pick any location of your choice. Goodluck |

Roserbert:pls how did you resolve the visa issue. I am also in the same situation, though I just started filling a UK school’s application form and I saw a place they asked about previous visa denials and if I agree to provide the evidence. Now the issue is I don’t have any document from the previous visa denial I got from the US embassy, this happened many years ago (2009), it was a family vacation we planned to embark on but our visas were denied that year. Pls how do I proceed with the school’s application form? |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Mrmoney90: 3:10pm On Oct 24, 2022 |
Olasco001: Honestly, from what I can understand, I think it takes longer now for a uk visa to be processed. I did my biometrics sometime last month for standard visit visa, but no feedback yet as to the situation. So bear that in mind when making travel plans. If you ask me, I would say December 16th might not be enough time to process your application if it’s standard visit visa, except you are using either priority or super priority. If not, you can put your trip for next year, Say February or April, going by the new application process. Or if you still choose to use your December 16th - 28th when making your application, you can as well try your luck. Who knows, you might get lucky. But regardless, even if you pick the 16th and it happens you don’t get a decision on your visa before the 16th, it doesn’t mean you still won’t get the visa, but if that’s the case and you get the visa, you can travel on a different date asides from the 16th. Regards |

Olasco001: Honestly, there are people on here that can actually guide you through this process, such as Giselle, leef etc. Those are the ones I can remember. But I’m sure they would surely assist and guide you through the process. Also with regards to the CAC, if you have any issues, there is someone called softlife here that can help you, because I see a lot of people here who get refused as a result of CAC issues. Don’t worry, I’m sure when they see your query, they will be sure to respond, guide and assist you. Good luck with your application |

Hello house, Please I’m currently filling the form but I don’t understand this question. I have attached a screenshot for reference. Are they referring to how much I make yearly from my other income? Or how much I make yearly from my main job and other income?

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Mrmoney90: 3:30pm On Oct 24, 2022 |
Olasco001: Good thing you decided to change your travel plans. Now you can use the opportunity to build your bank account as it is a very important factor in judging your circumstance. So make sure your account is in order. And for your business, if you are not registered on CAC, I think you can provide receipts of sales. Or in absence of the receipts, proof of transactions in your bank account to show your business is in operation can also work. All these can be for a six months timeframe, although I have seen people using less than six months statements. I think the bank account for your business transactions should be different from the one you will use for your trip. So you can show both maybe. You can equally add pictures of your business in your application. For my email, I don’t think it’s really necessary. But just for the sake of it, I can’t possibly share it on here. So you can click on my profile and mail me directly. But on this trip, are you traveling alone or with your family? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Mrmoney90: 3:36pm On Oct 24, 2022 |
Airfay: From the screenshot, it clearly states “total amount you make in a year”. So I think you can combine all you make in a year both in your regular income as well as other income, (excluding savings). You can use a cover letter to break it down and explain. For example, say you make one million a year on your regular income and two million a year on your other income, you can sum it up as three million total, but break it down in a cover letter. And also explain sources of these incomes, including savings, with justifiable proof. Note: make sure your bank account is run very well, and any inconsistencies should be explained in the cover letter as well. But not to worry, you will get further clarification on here by other active members Good luck and regards. |
