The Jameel, a former Chief Protocol Officer to President Jonathan bought Expression of Interest & Nomination forms for the Adamawa PDP Guber Primary.... The panel screened him and issued neither qualification nor disqualification tag. He appealed to the Party's screening Committee who re-screened him but the NWC refused to list him as an Aspirant.

He went to Court that he was excluded.
1. The FHC and Appeal Courts ruled that it is a family affair.
2. He is not an Aspirant
3. Party is Supreme.
4. The Court lacks jurisdiction as it is pre-Primary.

He is before the SC and will definitely lose.

They needed not be aspirants. They did not approach the court over the conduct of the primaries but that they were not allowed to participate in the congress that produced delegates as valid party members. In effect, the delegates list is faulty thus the primaries was not properly done.

Similar fate awaits the national convention that produced the party's presidential candidate once Buni committee is declared illegal
