You've failed to notice that the warning specifically targets SA financial hub of Sandton. It's clearly economic sabotage by the US a day after SA allowed Russian superyacht to dock in the country against US sanctions.

Why this country is raising alarm on possibility of terrorist attack? How dey teh know? I suspect US is using style to advertise to these countries to come and buy ammunition in order to beef up security
