Last response on this as I really don't like repeating myself. Rufai's question started as a rebuttal to his earlier response on agriculture. Rufai mentioned it wasn't that easy because of bandits and criminality before going on to ask the question on him being an importer. He has answered the criminality question and then gone on to talk about him being an importer. It's how conversations work.
