I stand corrected, I didn't understand the question that morning time I read it as it was the first thing I read this morning. He should discuss and agree with the lady in question if they will like to become one in terms of marriage, when they are in agreement, then he can go to his uncle and his wife to inform them of their decision to get married. I am sure his uncle may decide to seek counsel from fellow elders of the community or town as this is a very delicate issue. They will advice him on how to go about it.
