It is not even wise to spend any money any how even if it came from the vault. When Obi becomes president, a lot of big politicians will go broke. Many of them are also leaving office now. Retirement is knocking.

Atiku is not broke, he's just been sensible not to put his entire savings into an investment that is not certain to yield positive result.

You have 5 strategic sitting governors and other ex governors not participating in Atiku's campaigns, and you expect him not to be wise.
