Completely agree but then if a decision has been made she can't vary anymore, at the moment she doesn't know if a decision has been made it not

The application seems to be well over 2months and it may simply be admin delays
My concern was getting stuck in the middle, reason I suggested they wait till they get a decision since it's taken this long

Applying for a variation when the current permission is already out of status is also another thing worth considering

But I guess the OP may decide to do so

since the person is in the UK. … they can make another application even with a pending one by varying the application. It is called varying your application. They need to check the policy on the visa fee refunds
Also she wont be illegal as long as she made an in time application and it is with the home office … if they use 10 years to decide, she will be legal for tht 10 years until the decision is made.

Please I want to find out about relocating and having a dependant who is an unmarried partner. Due to some reasons, they could not get married before he left for studies in the UK in September and they can't get married soon due to some unresolved family issues.

They have call logs since over 2 years, WhatsApp chats, and pictures taken from a long time ago.

Please how feasible is it? Has anyone gone through this route before? What else can she summit as evidence of the relationship?

Also, you can call UKVI and seek more guidance on this if that helps

They may be able to tell you the status of your application and if varying it will be ideal

So if your were self employed from.xyz to XYZ provide CAC or if you were employed previously and have a reference and then moved on to your own business you can provide both

exactly one month. Even though I was initially promised 2 weeks, but was told my dept delayed the process. Mind you, this request was originally made on the school e-transcript portal since February 10. Such N annoying school.

So, I read up through the thread that it's best to get stuff ready before you embark on any stage to avoid running helter skelter and I love that. I plan to do that throughout my application process.

I want to start my study route application and this is the first step. I haven't done anything yet. However, I'm waiting for my passport to be out before I start applying. I have already mapped out some schools I want to apply to and some of them need initial deposits before issuing CAS.

My questions are:

1) I read about Form A being cheaper but the process needed to be started earlier, and since I will be applying towards November ending when my passport is ready, should I start the Form A now?

2) Also, for this issue of POF, my parents are going to be my sponsors. If I won't use Form A to pay for initial deposit, how do I pay for it using my parent's account? What bank is the best one to use when paying for UK schools?

(Mentally, I am five.)

1. You need to have an offer from your preferred school before initiating form A cause you need the account number of the school to do that.

2. All commercial banks works for form A, it’s just the time frame to get debited that’s the issue.

You use your parent bvn to login into the CBN trade system portal. Along with the documents needed you would submit proof of relationship (birth certificate and a letter of authorization).

You need a CV as a graduate.
NYSC is a working experience.
