I don't know why you guys are forcing yourselves on the test portal. Test time says login between 12:00 to 12:20 to access the test.

You are misunderstanding this whole issue. The test time for everyone is not same. I was supposed to start by 10am. I couldn't take the test. Even now the server says that my access code is not valid.
