No....your logic doesn't follow.
First, I worked for my salary. It is my right.
Secondly, the allowance and other benefits are as a result of my brilliant performance. While these benefits are rewards, they will also serve as motivation.

Now, if I am to represent my company in a conference and my performance in this conference will determine my next position in the company, the thought of attaining promotion and reaping better benefits than I'm currently getting is enough motivation for me to put up my best performance. It doesn't has to come to a situation where one of my boss will start promising me #1M if I can reach a particular target. No.
You don't need money for motivation when you know the right thing already.
Wow! The motivation of you wanting to get promotion is money man. Abi you will still accept a promotion where the benefits are same or less than what your current position is paying you?

It is likely for the whole team bro. And yes, $5000.
There were 21 players in all which is $105,000. You think nff have up to that amount?

If Giwa in his Rush to take over from Pinnick, during their court case, can Give the SE $300000. or how much was it again, Then anything is Possible

I don’t want to agree with dis phrase again of loaded with talents,7years of no football identity is a big no for me

Talent is potential yet to be realised.

Which really is nothing to boast about until it's proven and established.

There are more talented footballers who didn't make it than those who did.

So why was he given the U23 job

BOOOMNAIJA:
Salisu Yusuf is destroying Nigeria football at all levels...thanks to federal character nonsense!

He decides what players to be invited to d Super Eagles to foreign coaches who may not av a vast knowledge of Nigerian players and now he is doing everything to keep all non-hausa foreign players from playing for d Olympic eagles today against Tanzania.

The arsenal guy, akinola and some other foreign players of southern Nigeria origin invited to d team av all returned back to their clubs because of salisu's attitude towards them...he has since replaced them with northern players.

Salisu Yusuf is d one killing our football in Nigeria. I've said it before and I will keep saying this everywhere until drastic measures are activated.

Almost a decade ago Oviemuno Ejaria and Ademola Lookman attended a U17 Nigeria selecteion event in London.

Ejaria was in Arsenal then and none of them were selected. Why because they were according to the NFF officials not good enough.

It's how we do our things

egu Dey collect bribe too if not tell me how redundant nwakali prior to the afcon made his team cheesy

Ayam in my house cum n beat me wink cheesy

Sometimes you go just dey throw words around without knowing its actually meaning or where it fits in.

If you knew what redundancy truly means, how would you say Egu's decision to try out KN was flawed? When you talk about redundancy, you talk about players whose services aren't needed in a team because there arr some players already doing better. Currently redundant players in the SE are players like Musa, Samuel Kalu, Onuachu etc.

Egu needed a creative spark, and he acknowledged the fact that we were so slim in that department in terms of personel, and the only player, though not quite there, who could give a cover was Nwakali, so he had no other option.

Was Nwakali ripe for that position? - not really
Did we have someone better at the time? - no
Was his services needed? Yes
Why did Egu have to take him when he knows he ain't quite ripe for it? - Because when the desirable isn't available, the available becomes the desirable.

Learn to cap less sotos, you have been around for a while.

Andsungorilla quoted me and said the same thing you just said here, I deliberately ignored.

Now, nobody said money can't be used as motivation. If you had checked the last paragraph, you would have understand my point.

In simple term, the benefits that come with promotion and the pay-raise is enough to make me want to do everything possible to put up an excellent performance in the conference right?

Now, let me ask.... Does my boss still need to promised me (for instance) 1M before I do the right thing? Of course, No.

Imagine promising 500K per goal for a crucial and career-defining match.

You are also the one who was arguing with me when I said Iwobi was gonna play midfield vs Fleetwood Town even if Tom Davies had started because I suspected Lampard was gonna try out a midfield 3 and this he eventually did by the next 2 matchdays of the EPL after that League Cup tie and it had been a midfield 3 ever since.
Your argument that day?? You said Iwobi was gonna play winger. How that has been proven wrong till this day is funny and you never called it back to say how wrong you were.

Doesn't it bother you that you always end up being wrong with respect to arguments with me? grin

Sadly, you don't do Noble. Noble will own up to their shit.

Noble will know when they have been proven wrong.

With You, it is always an argument because you don't discuss to learn. You discuss to assert even when it is proven false.
And you aren't down for this, because you can't win. It's that simple.

So enough with the disguise and talk real factual football devoid of always pushing your fallacious agendas.

Ponferradina currently in action away at FC Andorra in the La Liga Smartbank but no Kelechi Nwakali.

He is serving suspension after accumulating 5 yellows, the 5th was picked up in their last game.

'Reason why Spalletti gave Jack Raspadori and Giovanni Simeone all those mins vs Rangers in the UCL and didn't bother bringing Osimhen or Kvaratskhelia on.

Kept them fresh for today.

Julian Alvarez. Fine player no doubt. But today he has lost all his duels so far, as I type.

No shots taken sef.

Your number 1 will always be your number 1 (except someone really exceptional displaces him).
Haaland is being missed.

Not the point.

Was actually expecting you to descend into barbaric moans as is common on this thread, but you showed civility with that response.

The Osimhen update is thus a salute of commendation.

Just emphasizing the irrelevance of showing me what I already knew.

It's rather common with you to keep dragging unnecessarily and dropping disguised short epistles laced with subtle uncivility after being caught pants down, PROVEN WRONG.

Own your shit and rest bro! You were wrong on Iwobi. Simple.

Spalletti and Napoli are clearly emphasizing the Serie A race over the UCL.

He's not after helping his best players stat pad in the UCL. He is after his best players being available for every important league game that will come their way.

Not like they don't intend going far in the UCL. They do. But seeing his man management choices after they had secured Round of 16 qualification clearly shows where his Number 1 priority lies and Sassuolo, normally, aren't pushovers.
