Go to a dentist and remove the teeth if necessary. Don't carry out any surgery by yourself else you will kill yourself.

Sorry bro i quite understand the pain you're going through bow cos I've been through it before....

If there's a hole in the tooth, go-to the hospital and meet with a dentist, then make ur complains known to him.. But I'm very sure he'll extract the tooth cos that was how mine was solved then..

Simple home therapy... Use hydrogen peroxide.. sip two bottle caps (mouth full) and shift it to the effected area for five minutes, don't swallow!

Early in the morning and after dinner don't use tooth paste during that period.

Mine was a long time ago like over 5 years and I can't remember the exact amount but I didn't spend up to 10k. I didn't even spend much at all.
